Mr. Carson’s practice emphasizes business, insurance and construction litigation and mediation, and includes representation of insureds, carriers, and both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes. He also represents attorneys in professional liability cases. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. He has served as counsel for several multi-employer pension and benefit funds in the (at the time) largest investment manager fraud litigation in the United States, resulting in substantial recoveries for the clients.
